I think a huge part of being a good (or even great) blogger is to follow and read those who are inspiring the world with their words! I’ve started a list of all of the blogs I follow and love to keep up with. There is a HUGE variety, lots of different kinds of topics, and some are blogs from students I’ve met with who are hoping to launch their work and get their foot in the door. Tiffany Contreras is a student at BYU-Idaho who began a blog shortly after I guest spoke for her class. I like how she relates her blog posts to films that have inspired her, which is a great passion in her life.

I can’t say enough about Emmilie. She’s a teacher, a writer, a mother, a wife, and an incredible person all around. Her writing is always raw, honest, and heartbreakingly genuine. I love everything about her.
